| Brief Description of Assignment |

The services include but not limited to:
(i) Undertaking a comprehensive feasibility study and environment/social assessment for the project.
(ii) Providing transaction advisory services to the financial close of the project.
(iii) Advising BEZA through commercial and financial close.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
a) Qualification and Experiences
i) Minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in the role of Consulting Firm from its years of incorporation (in case of JV, each member shall meet the requirement).
ii) At least 2 (two) similar assignments within the last 5 (five) years under consultancy contract related to Integrated Solid Waste Management System in the role of Prime Consultant (In case of JV the lead partner must have at least 1(one) assignment).
b) Required Financial
The audited balance sheets, statements of profit & loss and annual reports for the last 3 financial years (FY 2018-19 to FY 2020-21) with ‘Consultancy Annual Average Turnover’ of 0.50 M USD for the last 3 (three) financial years.
c) Expected Team Composition
(Key Experts)
International:
Team Leader, Solid Waste Management & design Expert, Energy Expert, Circular Economy (Recycling/Reuse Expert), Financial Analyst, Legal Expert and Branding/Marketing Expert.
National:
Procurement Specialist, Chemical Engineer/Microbiologist, Environmental Specialist, Social Expert, Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Geo-technical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer and IT Engineer
