| Brief Description of Assignment |

5(Five) Nos. TV Spot/TV Commercial production on LAPM, MNH, Breast feeding, 5 danger sign, 3 delay, birth planning and 1000 times telecasting in Private TV Channels. |

For Shortlisting of EOI the interested applicants (Advertising/ Media production Firm) shall have to submit the following documents:
i. Minimum eligibility criteria of the Firm: The Firm will have all legal papers e.g.
a) Trade license valid up to FY 2020-2021;
b) Tax Clearance Certificate for the FY 2019-20;
c) VAT registration Certificate /BIN with VAT submission receipt
d) Incorporation Certificate & memorandum of Articles (if required-For Limited firm only)
ii. Copies of last 3 years Audited Financial Statement- income statement and balance sheet to indicate its financial stability, liquidity, credit standing and market reputation etc. (prepared by the external auditors-Chartered Accountant)
iii. Brochure of the Firm
iv. Working capital or credit facilities with a minimum amount of liquid assets of Tk. 90.00 lac.
v. At least 5 years of relevant experience with minimum 3(Three) completion of works on Information, Education & Communication (IEC) programme.
vi. At least 2 (Two) specific experiences (Production & airing of TVC) within the last 3(Three) years. For proving the specific experience, the firm shall submit both Contract Agreement & Completion certificate.
vii. Must have practical experience of working with GoB. Experience with MoHFW/ DGFP/DGHS is an asset.
viii. List of major clients including their contract reference no., contract amount & Completion status.
ix. Relevant documents in favour of logistics & organizational strength.
x. Name & CV of proposed key professional (script writer, editor, director & team leader) & proposed main artists with details qualification experience (duly signed by the respective persons & authority) |
