Brief Description of Assignment |

Department of Government Transport (DGT) provides the transport services to different Ministry/Divisions/Commissions, Committees, Field Administration (Division, District, Upazilla), Tribunals and foreign delegates as per Government guidelines. DGT does the maintenance and repair works of the motor vehicles of its fleet and also extends vehicle maintenance services to different Government Departments, Agencies and Corporations. It provides technical assistance in procurement and degradation of motor vehicles in all government institutions. Apart from these DGT provides training to increase "awareness and efficiency" to its driver, technician and other employees.
Department of Government Transport (DGT) maintains all the records of its activities manually which is difficult and cumbersome. To increase the efficiency DGT takes an initiative to implement the Paribahan Pool Automation System to automate its day to day operation; and Multiple Reporting System Drivers & Employees database (permanent address of the Drivers & Employees appointing date, Division & District wise, posting of the Drivers & Employees District wise, Vehicle Allotment & maintenance database Division & District wise stating model & brand for the field Administration, Centrally Allocation of Vehicle describing designation of the Minister, Adviser, State Minister, Deputy Minister, Secretary, Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Office of the Minister, Adviser, State Minister, Deputy Minister, Secretaries and administrative duty refering Vehicles model & brand) statistics, maintenance history and Expenditure thereto. |
Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Software Development Firm shall have:
i. Minimum 7 years of experience in web application development for government/semi government organization. Detail description with proofs must be submitted with the proposal.
ii. Experience in developing at least one similar web base application value 2 (Two) Crore in a single contract for government/semi government organization in last 5 years.
iii. Shall have requisite number of appropriate key professionals to carry out the assignment and shall furnish the list of key professionals and their CV with detail job descriptions and experiences in software development.
iv. Certificate of the minimum amount of liquid assets of the Software Development Firm should beTk. 2 (Two) Crore. This certificate must be issued after publication of EOI; Provide last three years Financial Audit Report by the recognized Audit firm
v. Must have ISO 9001:2015, and CMMI Level 3 certification. Certificates must be submitted with the EOI proposal.
vi. Must be a Bangladeshi firm having up-to date valid Trade License, Incorporation Certificate, TIN, VAT registration, Tax payment/clearance certificate of the previous year and Bank Solvency Certificate.
vii. Management and Operation capacity (Brochures, Company Profile and other documents describing company expertise, strength and experience, core functions products and services, similar assignments or project experience availability of relevant professional staff and experience among applicant’s staff/resources to carry out this assignment |
