| Brief Description of Assignment |

Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) is organising Digital World 2020 event as the executing agency on behalf of ICT Division, Ensure Ticketing and Overseas Guest Management in relation to Digital World 2020, an international ICT Expo, The event includes but not limited to ICT product & service showcasing, Ministeriral Conference, Seminar, Workshops, Concert for ICT, B2B meeting. In these events and conference participants including Ministers, CEO, Technologists, Policy Makers, Educationalist will join from home and abroad. The task under this EOI including the ticketing (issuance, modification, changes etc.) and overall management of the overseas guests during their stay in Bangladesh.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

1. Firms must have minimum 05 (five) years of overall experience in related services;
2. The Company shall have a minimum experience of 03 (three) related Program/Event at National Level.
3. The firm must have fulltime Event/Program Manager, International communication expert, Airlines reservation Manager (in high, medium and low levels) and other Managers, Executives and associates having experiences in National/International Guest Management.
4. The firm must have sufficent amount of liquid assets, i.e., working capital or credit line(s) supported by appropriate documents;
5. The firm must have update-audit-report of previous 5 years. firm submit yearly turnover report/documents;
6. The firm should have valid up to date trade license, income tax Certificate and VAT registration;
7. JVCA is allowed as per PPA-2006 & PPR-2008; However; all the firms of jvca must be Bangladeshi.
