| Brief Description of Assignment |

The objectives of the consulting services (“the Services”) is to enhance policy dialogue on the labor market relevance of the college level education and their contributions to job creation in Bangladesh based on the new evidences collected by the study. It will also provide insights to inform the operations of on-going college education development project specially in providing over time information on the education quality in project supported institutions.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The Consulting Firm should have at least 10 years’ experience and track records on conducting the similar survey in higher education and also have a strong team to carry out the assignment. The Consultant should have experience in designing, developing and implementing at least five large surveys (sample includes more than 10,000 individuals or 5,000 Households). Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experiences to perform the Services.
