| Brief Description of Assignment |

(a) Preparing detailed architectural design drawings for 20 (Twenty) storied office building. (b) Preparing structural, electrical, sanitary-plumbing, internal & external electromechanical design-drawings for said building along with foundation design drawings in compliance with BNBC, international standards and available resources of the country. This will include all the detailed working drawings. (c) Preparing cost estimates and Bill of quantities (BOQ) along with specifications of items. d) Preparing procurement documents (e) suggestions, solutions etc during constrcutions if required by the authority.
