| Brief Description of Assignment |

(a) The objectives of the Agro-processing study are to develop an in-depth understanding about the present situation, export potential and support required for promotion of exports by women traders involved in key value chains in this sector;
(b) The objective of the survey is to obtain a clear understanding of the situation as regard the satisfaction of the beneficiaries with the current state of facilities and services which the project aims at improve (baseline), in order to assess objectively their improvement in terms of functioning, effectiveness and efficiency at the end of the interventions (endline) under all components of the project;
(c) The proposed consultancy work will design and develop Project website that will be maintained by the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of this technical assistance project being implemented in the Ministry of Commerce. |

Expected term of contract is SD08-7 months, SD11-9 months & SD24-6 months respectively. The expected date of commencement is June 20, 2019 and completion according to their durations. The consulting firm shall have to submit 2 (two) copies of Expression of Interest (EOI) (One original and one copy) and one soft copy (in MS word) in sealed envelope; clearly marked “EOI for name mentioned in SL 5 of the above” to the Project Director (Joint Secretary), Bangladesh Regional Connectivity Project-1, Level-12 (West side), Probashi Kollayn Bhaban, 71-72 Old Elephant Road, Eskaton Garden, Dhaka-1000 on or before 30/04/2019 upto 3.00 pm.
