INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
a) Assist in Preparing the feasibility study report and prepare Development Project Proposal (DPP) to establish ICT based monitoring framework, dynamic database for governance and development related to the allocation of business of Ministry of Food.
b) Coordinate the "Feasibility Studies" as well as "Design and Engineering Services" to be implemented by MFSP for proposed upcoming projects of DG Food and help to prepare the DPP for future project implementation.
c) Coordinate ICT part with PMU of MFSP, DG Food officials as well as consultants PwC, BUET in the implementation stage throughout the country;
d) Engaged for close coordination with the PMU of MFSP, DG Food as well as PWD and Dept. of Architecture (DoA) in implementation of "Research Monitoring and Training Centre" in the DG Food Head Office premises.
e) Any other activities related to the preparation of feasibility study reports and project implementation given by the Project Director of MFSP, DG Food. |

The candidate must be Graduate in Engineering and have a post graduate degree in Business Administration.
The applicant should have at least 15 years experiences in Development sector.
The applicant should have minimum 10 years experience in Food grain management operations. |

Consultant will be selected as per World Bank Guidelines for Selection and Employment of Consultants under IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers updated January 2011. |
