INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The overall objective of the services shall cover, but not limited to the following scope:
a) Assist Project Director to coordinate between the projects personnel including the consultants.
b) Coordinate with all stockholders to access, monitor and improve the progress of the project as per guidelines and standards of the project implementation.
c) Monitor and asses implementation constrains identify solutions and advise Project Director on remedial measures.
d) Assist Project Director in writing policies, procedures and operational directives for the execution of the project.
e) Monitor and evaluate the project implementation timeline and assist Project Director in timely completion of the project.
f) He is also perform duties which deems fit by the appointing Authority. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Educational Qualification:
Master Degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Science, Engineering, Public Administration, Finance, Statistics, Accounting or any other related discipline mentioned in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
Professional Experience and Adequacy for the Assignment:
Minimum 10 years of management experience in working with the Government/ Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies in related projects.
Other Skills:
Extraordinary written communication skills and Computer skills including Project Management, Microsoft Offices (word, excel, power point and MIS Systems). |

1. Consultant will be selected using the selection of individual consultant sub-method in accordance with the PPA-2006, PPR-2008 and its amendments. It is expected that the services will be commenced on January 2019 and shall be completed on June 2021.
2. Interested consultants are required to submit their expressions of interest in accordance with the standard Request for Proposal (RFP) which may be obtained by the office of the undersigned during normal office hours ( or available in the web site: www.bepza.gov.bd).
3. Other required conditions and documents of the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents must be fulfilled.
4. The Proposals in two sets (1 original+ 1 duplicates) shall be submitted in sealed envelope & delivered to the address of the under signed up to 03.00 PM by 27 December, 2018 & clearly marked as Request for Expression of Interest for the “Selection of Project Management Advisor (Package-BEPZA S-05)”. |
