| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

i) Program Team Leader: •Minimum 25 (twenty five) years’ of general experience out of which 20 (twenty) years of experience in planning, project management and implementation of rural infrastructure construction and maintenance works.
•At least 5 (five) years’ experience as a TL/PM. Experience of bridge construction and maintenance project will be given preference.; ii) Financial Management Specialist: 10 (Ten) years’ experience in financial management out of which preferably three years in a management position in any government / semi government/ multinational organizations/ donor funded development program. ; iii) IT Manager: Minimum of 20 (twenty) years of relevant working experience including software development, database management and network maintenance out of which 15 (fifteen) years of experience dealing with progressively large scale ICT projects will be given preference.; iv) Web Programmer: Minimum of 7 (seven) years of relevant working experience including web application development, database management and system requirements analyzing & designing out of which 5 (five) years of experience dealing with progressively large-scale ICT projects will be given preference.; v) Senior Training Specialist: Minimum 20 years of work experience out of which at least 15 years’ experience in planning, implementation, coordination and management of training programs including participatory training program, workshops, seminar etc. with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior position on rural/urban infrastructure development projects. Knowledge of Rural, Urban and Water sector will be given preference. |
