| Brief Description of Assignment |

The firm will conduct in-depth evaluation depending on approved ToR. The objective of this assignment to conduct In-depth Monitoring of the project “Ecosystem based development, management and conservation of the Saint Martin’s Island” in all aspects in collaboration with project personnel and all potential stakeholders. The findings of the proposed study will show the effectiveness of the project, how far changes created in the livelihood of beneficiaries as well as in the society due to the project and the recommendations made by the consulting firm would be a guideline to implement similar project in future.
