| Brief Description of Assignment |

The service includes but not limited to the following
a. Detailed Structural Design and Drawings required for Construction Work;
b. Detailed Plumbing & Sanitary, Electrical & Electro-Mechanical, Fire Fighting and all other necessary Designs.
c. Providing 3D Model and Perspective View.
d. Preparation of necessary drawings for getting clearance/approval from the Departments in this regard.
e. Preparation of Detailed BOQ/Estimates . |

- Local Firms, who have min 5 years’ experience of Design of 15 storied Residential Building.
- Brochure summarizing their facilities, areas of the expertise general information including legal documents (Company registration, TIN Certificate, Financial Statement (2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-2017), Income Tax Certificate etc.);
- Description of similar assignments;
- List of similar nature of services ongoing;
- Availability of appropriate and relevant experienced and professional qualified Personnel and staffs
- Availability of resources to carry out the assignment;
- Administrative strength, Logistics (office space, list of equipment, transports etc.) and financial capability. |

(1) A consulting firm will be selected in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2008.
(2) The short list shall normally comprise of minimum 4(four) to maximum 7(Seven) firms, who will be requested to submit detail technical and financial proposal later on.
(3) Consultants may associate with one other consultant to enhance their qualifications.
(4) Envelope containing Application/Proposal (EOI) along with relevant supporting documents to be marked with “Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Providing Consultancy Services for Detailed Structural Design for Construction of Multistoried Staff quarter in Malibag RAJUK Compound are to be submitted in the office of the Executive Engineer, Central Dhaka Division, RAJUK Bhaban, 4th Floor, Dhaka-1000.
