| Brief Description of Assignment |

Appointment of Consultant for Preparation of Architectural/Structural Design/Drawing, Interior Design (ID), MEP, Master Plan, Digital Survey etc for Establishment of BNS Sher-E-Bangla, Patuakhali :
a. Preparation of Architectural/Structural Design/Drawing, Interior Design (ID), MEP etc Master Plan, Digital Survey for all buildings, necessary Electrical works Related with the structure as required, Other related works, External works as required, Acoustic works etc, Estimate, Priced Bill of Quantities with Details Specification for the above works complete including Top Supervision.

Consultant should fulfill the following criteria :
a. Year of experience should not less than 10 years for a Firm/ Company/JVC/Firm of Association for services serial 15 and 15 (a).
b. Consultant should have completed Architectural/Structural Design/Drawing, Interior Design (ID),MEP Master Plan, Digital Survey etc and other services mentioned in serial 15and 15 (a) at least 02 (Two) Numbers 10 storied Academic/Residential/Public/Same nature or minimum 04 (Four) Numbers 10 (Ten) storied other buildings in similar nature mentioned in approved DPP.
c. Consultant should have completed Structural Design/Drawing using modern design software (STAAD-PRO, ETABS) etc mentioned in serial 15 and 15(a) at least 02 (Two) 10 storied Academic/ Residential Buildings, 02 (Two) 04 Storied Office Buildings /Complex or in similar nature.
d. Consultant should have using Modern Design Technology, Methodology etc mentioned in serial 15 and 15(a) at least 02 (Two) 10 storied Academic/ Residential/Public/Same nature Buildings in similar nature.
d. Consultant should have completed Master Plan, Digital Survey using modern Practice and principal and using the latest equipment and methodology.
e. Consultant should have using Modern Design Technology, Methodology etc mentioned in serial 15 and 15(a) at least 02 (Two) 10 storied Academic/ Residential/Public/Same nature Buildings in similar nature.
f. Consultant should have at least 02 (Two) Graduate Architect 02 (Two) Graduate Structural Engineer with minimum experience 10 years,02 (Two) Graduate Civil Engineer with minimum 05(Five) years Field Experience, 01 (One) Graduate Electrical Engineer having Experience 05 (Five) years, 01 (One) Mechanical Engineer having 03 (Three) years’ experience and o1 (One) Engineer who have vast experience in Digital Survey and preparation of Master Plan in their related works / field and Full Time Employee for services serial 15 and 15 (a)
g. Additional experiences and qualification other than mentioned in Para 15 and 17 will get preference for the short listing of consultant.
. Consultant without having eligible criteria should not apply for EOI.
