INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |

The IT Specialist will work as a member of the procurement team in PIU, and will be responsible for preparation of design, technical specifications for security surveillance i.e CCTV & gate pass system at Benapole port. The consultant will assist BLPA for monitoring & implementation security system. He should not have any conflict of interest while working and should keep all the project information confidential. Detail scope of works (Terms of Services) and other information will be available upon request from the address provided below, either through email or in person. TOR is also available in BLPA’s website (www.bsbk.gov.bd) |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or in a relevant subject. Degree in Computer Sciences will be an added advantage. Trainings on surveillance systems will be necessary.
• 5 years of minimum experience as network engineer, electrical engineer with experience of completing at least one task of similar nature and complexity is a must.
• Work Experience in any security sensitive surveillance assignment is highly desired;
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge on recent development in surveillance technology are highly desired
