| Brief Description of Assignment |

The aim of the assignment is to design, implement and operationalize a standardized, interoperable national-ready trauma registry and a trauma systems improvement program across selected high-burden districts , generating high-quality data to drive system-wide improvements in pre-hospital and hospital trauma care, laying the foundation for a nationwide comprehensive hospital-based TSIP. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

1. A Consultancy Firm will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method set out in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, November 2020” and based on the following criteria:
a) Core Business and Years in Business.
b) Relevant Experience: Applicants should demonstrate experience in similar assignments in last ten years.
c) Technical and Organizational Capabilities.
2. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Paragraph 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, November 2020”. |
