6. Affidavit of ownership of firm.
7. Certificate of related work experience.
8. Commitment on the institutional pad to the effect that it has not been blacklisted by government institutions.
9. At least 3 years experience in sewing Uniform in any unit of Army, Navy, Air Force, BGB and Police.
10. Must be a hotel/motel/restaurant owner in order to serve cooked food." |
