(1) Updated Trade License (2) Updated Income Tax Certificate (3) VAT Registration Certificate (4) Updated Bank Solvency Certificate (5) Bangladesh Citizenship Certificate (6) National Identity Card (7) Firm Ownership Certificate (8) Tender Security (9) Affidavit signed by the tenderer's firm/institution on the pad of his/her own organization stating that the firm/institution is not blacklisted (10) One (1) copy of a recent passport size photograph (11) At least 03 years of experience in the relevant work (12) Other qualifications as mentioned in the tender document/schedule (PG-02 and PG-03). |
