INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a Authorization letter from the manufacturer/Importer/ Assembler to the tenderer to offer for supply of tendered equipments.
b. Tenderer must have show room/display center of agricultural equipments and training center & their full address should be mentioned in the offer.
c. Technical specification must be supported with original manufacturer’s Catalogue/Brochure. Without manufacturer’s original catalogue/brochure, Technical Specification will not be accepted.
d. Valid Trade License, up to date income tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate.
e. Financial Solvency Certificate from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh indicating credit limit from the tenderer’s bank.
Tenderers without having the required eligibility as stated above need not apply. Other qualification as per tender documents.

BSFIC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
If there is Govt. holiday or unavoidable situation arises on the date fixed for tender dropping/opening, in those cases, the next normal working day will be considered valid date for dropping/ opening of the tender at the same time. |
