3.1 Financial Capabilities: Liquidity
(i) The Applicant shall demonstrate that it has access to, or has available, liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit1, and other financial means (independent of any contractual advance payment) sufficient to meet the construction cash flow requirements estimated as: EUR 600.000,00
3.4 Average Annual Construction Turnover
Minimum average annual construction turnover of: EUR 5.000.000,00
calculated as total certified annual payments received for contracts in progress and/or completed within the last 5 (five) years (started from 2019) divided by five years.
4.2 (a) Specific Construction & Contract Management Experience
Similar5 contracts, satisfactorily and substantially6 completed as a prime contractor, joint venture member7, management contractor or subcontractor4 between 1st January 2015 until application submission deadline of minimum value of at least:
• Two (2) contracts of 33 kV or higher voltage Distribution Lines with minimum value of EUR 2.50 million equivalents for each Contract. |

Section III. Qualification and Evaluation, 3.3 Financial Capabilities: Financial Position
(iii) The audited balance sheets or, if not required by the laws of the Applicant’s country, other financial statements acceptable to the Employer, for the last five (5) years starting from 2019, shall be submitted and must demonstrate the current soundness of the Applicant’s financial position based on the following criteria:
a) Liquidity ratio = 1.05
