INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) For Manufacturer
i. Manufacturer must have valid ISO 9001:2015 Certificate for Design, Manufacturing, Supply and Service of Air Compressor. Manufacturer must provide valid Registration certificate/License of the firm.
ii. Manufacturer must have minimum 10 (Ten) years’ experience of manufacturing of electrical or diesel driven Air Compressor.
iii. Manufacturer must have minimum 04 (Four) years’ proven sales record to IOC companies other companies than the manufacturing country of origin and must be submitted minimum 03 end user certificate/contract agreement copies as a proof.
iv. Relevant product catalog, brochure, user/operational manual and drawing design must be submitted with this tender.
b) For Supplier
i. Supplier must have valid Registration certificate of the firm and must be submitted manufacturer authorization letter from Manufacturer. Manufacturer must be complying with Option-A: Manufacturer.
ii. Supplier must have minimum 05 (Five) years’ experience of suppling of electrical or diesel driven air compressor with spare parts & accessories.
iii. Supplier must have minimum 02 (Two) years’ proven sales record to Internationally Reputed Companies other than the supplier country of origin and must be submitted minimum 03 end user certificate/contract agreement copies as a proof.
c) Bonafide manufacturers/suppliers or their authorized agents of all countries except Countries with no diplomatic relation with Bangladesh.

i) Tender must remain valid for 120 days from the date of closing of the tender.
ii) Amount of tender security: BDT 7,00,000.00 or US$ 5,835.00 in the form of Bank Guarantee/Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank in Bangladesh or from any reputable foreign bank duly endorsed by a scheduled bank in Bangladesh located in Dhaka with full obligation and liabilities.
iii) Mode of Shipment: By Sea
iv) Time of completion of services: 90 days By Sea.
v) The tender security must remain valid for 148 days from the date of closing of the tender.
vi) If tender opening day happens to fall on any holiday or any unavoidable Circumstance such as Lock Down, Govt. holiday etc. tenders shall be opened at the same hours on the first subsequent working day.
vii) This tender notice will also be available at website www.petrobangla.org.bd, www.bapex.com.bd and www.cptu.gov.bd
