INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

i. The minimum years of general experience of the tenderer in creating and broadcasting environmental awareness programs shall be 05 years.
ii. The minimum specific experience (only TVC airing) as advertising agency should be at least 01 (one) single contract for telecasting TVC’s which total value should not less than BDT 04 (Four) Crore in last 05 years.
iii. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be BDT 5,00,00,000.00 (Taka Five Crore Only).
iv. The advertising agency must have video editing panel.
v. The advertising agency shall have to submit the following documents: Valid Trade license, TIN Certificate, BIN Certificate, Proof of Tax Return & VAT submission of last 03 years, Brushier of the agency, Copies of last 03 years Audit Report, Previous work experiences with mentioning the name of client organization. |
