| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) The manufacturers /Tenderer must have at least 06 years experience similar type product supply experience and relevant API and/ISO related certificate.
b) Bonafide suppliers having minimum 06 years experience of supplying similar items (at least 03 consignment of similar goods for last 05 years to IOC or any other well reputed Oil & gas exploration related Companies Locally/Internationally.
c) If the bidder is not manufacturer himself he has to present the manufacturer’s Authorization letter from the manufacturer or their genuine Distributorto prove the quoted spares are genuine for each lot. The letter should be as per form PG4-5 of tender document and contain official email address of manufacturer.
d) Bonafide manufacturers/suppliers or their authorized agents of all countries except which Countries do not have any diplomatic relation with Bangladesh.
