Brief Eligibility & Qualification of Tenderer:
The Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy:
(a) The Tenderer shall be from eligible countries as stated in ITT Clause 5 of the tender document.
(b) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(Relevant documents (Incorporation Certificate, first trade license etc.) must be submitted as proof)
(c) Lot-01: The Tenderer shall have successfully completed supply of similar goods and related services within last 05 (five) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper) with a value of at least Tk. 50 (fifty) lac in not more than 02 (two) contracts. (Completion certificates must be submitted demonstrating such supply performances.)
(d) Lot-02: The Tenderer shall have successfully completed supply of similar goods and related services within last 05 (five) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper) with a value of at least Tk. 5 (five) lac in not more than 01 (one) contract (Completion certificates must be submitted demonstrating such supply performances)
(e) Lot-01: Shall have minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit facility or any combination is: BDT 75,00,000/- (Taka seventy-five lac only)
(f) Lot-02: Minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit facility: Not required. |
