INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(i) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 years’ relevant experience in the supply of furniture and related services;
(ii) The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 01 (one) number of supply contract for similar nature goods with a volume of minimum BDT 13,000,000 and related services within last three (03) years (Documentary evidence in the form of Purchase Order/Contract/Delivery Completion Certificate to be submitted with the tender);
(iii) Statement of satisfactory performance from the Top/largest 2 Clients in terms (Copies of relevant papers must be attached);
(iv) The Tenderer shall have their own transportation arrangement to deliver furniture to the respective delivery locations. If the Tenderer has no own transportation arrangement, they will be responsible to deliver furniture safely to district and Upazila level.
(v) The minimum amount of liquid asset, i.e, working capital or credit line (s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 15,000,000
(Recent Bank Statement or Bank Certificate issued from scheduled bank must be attached as a proof of the above criteria)
(vi) Trade License/Business registration (Updated);
(vii) TIN and VAT Registration;
(viii) Manufacturer’s detail catalogue or manual of furniture and company profile
N.B.: (All relevant documents in terms of Contract/Purchase Order, Bank Certificate, Certificate of satisfactory performance, Tax Certificate, Trade License (Updated), VAT Registration etc. must be attached with bid proposal to substantiate the above eligibility).
