INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy:
(a) The Tenderer shall be from eligible countries as stated in ITT Clause 5 of the tender document.
(b) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.
(c) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Supply of Light Vehicles) amounting to a value of at least Tk. 1,10,00,000.00 (One Crore Ten Lacs) in not more than 03 (Three) contracts successfully completed* within the last 03 (Three) years.
*The similar experience shall have to be substantiated by “Completion/Acceptance certificate” issued by the respective Procuring Entity.
(d) The minimum supply capacity of Goods are: Supply capacity of at least 06 (Six) Light Vehicles per year from Showroom/Display centre owned* by the Supplier.
*Relevant documents substantiating the ownership of the Showroom/Display centre by the supplier shall have to be submitted.
(e) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1,20,00,000.00 (One Crore Twenty Lacs). |
