(1) Sub Clause ITT14.1(b) (pAGE-47): pLEASE READ The minimum specific experience as an EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contractor in not less than 1250 BPD condensate fractionation plant or oil refinery or minimum 20 MMSFD Capacity Natural gas Process plant with natural gas fired thermal oil heating package/direct gas fired heater package at least a number of one(1) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed on turnkey basis within the last seven (7) years (counting backward form the date of tender closing) with a value of at least USD 0.8 Million Instead of existing.
(2) Section 6, Scope of work 1.1 (Page-177): Please read Sylhet Gas Fields Limited (SGFL) installed 1250 BPD condensate fractionation plant. Now SGFL is willing to procure a natural gas fired and vertical type direct fired thermal oil system with associated facilities/ancillaries to operate the existing 1250 BPD capacity CFP smoothly in its full capacity instead of existing.
(3) Section 6, Special Requirement Clause-7, Safety during Construction Sub Clause 7.1 (Page-198): To be added at the end of the 1st para: An Internationally certified functional safety engineer and a certified HSE officer shall be deployed at site to ensure safety during Installation, Commissioning and Testing of the heating system.
