INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 3 (Three) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service of at least one contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of last 5 (five) years each with a minimum Contract value of at least of Tk 300 Lac (Taka Three Hundred Lac) only shall be required.
Contract for only supplying manpower of supporting staffs (i.e. Computer Operator, Drivers, Cleaner etc) Office Support Staffs in governmental agency will be treated as similar nature.
c) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 140 Lac (Taka One Hundred Forty Lac) only over the best three (3) years of the last five (5) years
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk 50 Lac (Taka Fifty Lac only).
e) Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter in to the contract under the applicable law.
f) Tenderer shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

Special Instructions
(a) The rate and amount of salary/allowances of the staffs must comply with the Outsourcing Policy 2018 & Latest circulars/revisions of this principle by the Government.
(b) Staffs must be supplied in accordance with the specification and configuration attached in Tender Document.
(c) Employer’s approval shall be required before deploying or replacing any Manpower
(d) Authority will have the right to change or add any condition that does not conflict with Government Rules.
(e) If Tender is submitted by hiding or falsifying any information and latter it is identified then agreement will be cancelled despite agreement is done and necessary steps will be taken according to the law.
