INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1) The Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract and have not been declared ineligible by any competent authority.
2) The Tenderer must have Minimum 3(three) years' experience in ICT business as a registered company/entity in Bangladesh.
3) Must have at least 3(three) years’ proven experience in supplying Software / Oracle RDBMS Software in any scheduled Bank in Bangladesh / Bangladesh Bank or must have previous record of successfully supplying Software / Oracle RDBMS Software to BASIC Bank Limited.
4) Must be an authorized distributor / dealer / partner of Oracle Software.
5) The participating company has to submit Authorization letter from Oracle Corporation. |
