(a) The tenderers should be manufacturer/agent of the foreign manufacturer/supplier/distributor/dealer of the items/Lot.
(b) Tenderers shall have a minimum 03 (Three) years of experience in the supply of Furniture/similar Medical Equipment’s in Bangladesh.
(c) The tenderers shall have valid trade license, TIN, VAT & upto date Income Tax Certificates.
(d) Letter of credit (L/C) will done by purchaser (NHFB) for Package No- GD-03, GD-04, WD-03.
(e) All items of furniture will have to be quoted by the suppliers otherwise the quotation of tender’s will be rejected.
(f) Supplier’s quoted price will be in C&F (Dhaka Air Port/Chittagong Sea Port) for Package No: GD- 03, GD- 04 & WD- 03.
(g) Local quoted price will be applicable for Package No: GD- 02 (Furniture) & WD- 05 (Water Treatment Plant).
