Copy of national identity card, copy of trade license, copy of TIN certificate and copy of VAT registration (all certificates must be attested) of the tenderer must be submitted with the tender. Tenders must be submitted within the specified time frame specifying the rates/specifications. Quotations submitted late will not be accepted. If the bid submitted is not in accordance with the official estimate/market rate, the tender will be rejected. Income tax and VAT (where applicable) will be deducted from the bill as per government regulations. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all tenders without showing any reason. Besides, PPR 2008 and other prevailing regulations will be applicable in this work. |
