ii) The Tenderer shall have 5 years continuous API Certificate of APIQI counting backward from January 2021.
iii) Only Rig Manufacturers’ having above qualification are eligible for the Tender.
iv) No Joint Venture Consortium (JVC) is allowed for the Tender. |
