INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction/ Supply, Installation and commissioning firms who
have a minimum of five (5) years of general experience in construction works.
b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor , or Sub-Contractor or
Management Contractor in Construction of Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) at least 2
(Two) Single contracts with a value of at least BDT 190.00 (One hundred Ninety) lakh in
every single contract or 01 (One) Single Contract with a value of at least BDT 380.00
(Three hundred eighty) lakh successfully completed within the last 3 (Three) years in any
Government/Autonomous / Private Organizations of Bangladesh .The minimum running
sewerage treatment plant is 01 (One) no. per year for the last 03 (Three) years; each
capacity not less than 360m3/day. [Years counting backward from the date of publication
of IFT in the e-GP portal.]
c) The minimum running sewerage treatment plant is 01 (One) no.per year for the last 03
(Three) years; each capacity not less than 360m3/day.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the supplier
shall be BDT 390.00 (Three hundred eighty) lakh in the form e-PW 3.
e) The tenderer must possess i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, ii) Valid VAT
registration certificate, iii) Up-to-date trade license, iv) Up-to-date ABC Category
Contractor and supervisory license from electricity licensing board, Government of
Bangladesh.
f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the tender data
sheet (TDS) & PCC of tender documents.
g) Special Terms & Conditions for this project must be followed by the tenderer as
described in the respective section of the Tender documents
h) Minimum 60 out of 100 Score to be obtained to be technically qualified as stated Tender
