INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderer’s who satisfy the following:
a. The tenderer should have a minimum of five (5) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services;
b. The tenderer should have experience for successful supplying of similar goods and related services (Supply, installation, Configuration and maintenance of ICT equipment) amounting minimum BDT one core and Seventy Five Lac (BDT 1,75,00,000.00) in a single contract within last five (5) years. i.e., years counting backward from the date of opening of the tender.
c. The required minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line of the Tenderer shall be equal to the quoted amount.
d. Debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
e. Shall have up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate and Manufacturer Authorization Certificate, etc
