The invitation for Tender is open to all eligible contractors as mentioned below :-
a)The Tenderer must have up to date income Tax clearance Certificate from the NBR
b)The Tenderer must have up to date VAT Registration Certificate from the NBR.
c)The Tenderer must have up to date trade license.
d)The Tenderer must have up to date ABC contractor & supervisory License from Licensing Board.
e) The Tenderer must The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods not less than 800KVA Electric Sub-station of at least 01(One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03(Three) years, with a value of at least Tk.300.00 Lac (Three Hundred Lac) in Government/ Semi-Government Government / Semi Government/Autonomous organization in Bangladesh..
f) The Tenderer must successfully Completion At last 02(Two) Electrical Sub-station within the last 01(One) Years at Government/ Semi-Government Government / Semi Government/Autonomous organization in Bangladesh
g) The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid assets) and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful tenders shall be 400.00 Lac .Attested copies of documents mentioned in Sl.no.a, b, c, d. e, f & g must be submitted along with the tender. |
