(c) Income Tax certificate & Tax Paid Certificate in 2021-22.
(d) 13 digit BIN.
(e) Bank solvency certificate & Bank Statement
(f) 3 Years Experience certificate with work order copy
(g) Successfully completion certificate of submitted work order.
Import registration certificate.
(h) The Tenderer must mention the source of each item with manufacturers name and country of origin.
(i) Manufacturer authorization is Required for country agent.
(j) The Tenderer must submit original catalogue/brochures.
(k) Membership certificate of chamber of commerce and industries of any other register commerce organization with mentioning of registration number on their own letter head pad.
(l) Bio-data of the qualified maintenance of service person.
(m) ISO/CE/FDA certificate for the main machines where applicable.
(n) Company profile.
(o) Installation of equipment to be completed by 1st week of May-2022.
(p) The tenderer must be provided information regarding-
(i) The availability of after sales service facilities in Bangladesh.
(ii) The availability of spare parts for the supplied equipment.
(q) Other Instruction given in the Tender schedule.
