INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
(I) 03 (Three) years general experience of supply of dietary articles /similar
goods and related services.
(II) The specific experience as supplier in supply of dietary articles /similar
goods and related services of for Group A-Tk. 43,83,000/- (Forty three lakh
eighty three thousand only), for Group B-Tk.65,56,000/- (Sixty five lakh fifty
six thousand only), for Group C-Tk.80,74,000/- (Eighty lakh seventy four
thousand only), for Group D-Tk.71,09,000/- (Seventy one lakh nine thousand
only) for Group E- Tk.1,08,28,000/- (One crore eight lakh twenty eight
thousand only) and for all Groups Tk 3,69,50,000/- (Three crore sixty nine
lakh fifty thousand only) under at least one contract successfully
completed within the last 5 (Five) years.
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets or
working capital or credit lines or credit facilities of for Group A- Tk.
50,10,000/-(Fifty lakh ten thousand only), for Group B-Tk.74,93,000/-
(Seventy four lakh ninty three thousand only), for Group C-Tk.92,27,000/-
(Ninty two lakh twenty seven thousand only), for Group D- Tk.81,25,000/-
(Eighty one lakh twenty five thousand only), for Group E-Tk.1,23,75,000/-
(One crore twenty three lakh seventy five thousand only) and for all groups
Tk. 4,22,30,000/-(Four crore twenty two lakh thirty thousand only).
(IV) Up-to-date valid Trade license as supplier;
(V) Up-to-date Income tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) vat registration certificate;
(VII) Manufacturer authorization letter or contract deed with the
Importers/Manufacturer (if bidder is a supplier) [When applicable]
(VIII) Original Bank draft/Pay order/Bank guarantee of Tender security
money.
(IX) Purchase receipt of tender document (original);
(X) Price rate should be mentioned clearly in figure and word in the
price schedule;
(XI) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(XII) All certificates must be attested by 1st class govt. gazetted officer.
