(2) Up-to-date Trade License (3) Financial Prosperity Bank Certificate (4) Updated VAT Certificate (5) TIN and Last Year's Income Tax Return Certificate (6) Photocopy of Owner's National Identity Card (7) Type of Trade License as a similer works/Suppliers (8) In case of Package No. 08, there should be a showroom within 01 (one) kilometer of this department.
(9) Employees should be provided with the size of the garment from their own organization. (10) Computers and accessories and equipment should be provided and explained. (11) In case of rent, attested copy of all the documents mentioned in the tender along with photocopy of the contract of the shop house should be submitted along with the tender.
