| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

" (a) The Bidder and the agent/subcontractor must have been in business for the last five (05) years;
(b) The Bidder must have completed minimum one successful contract of similar size and complexity (contract value US$1,500,000.00 or above) involving supply, installation, testing, commissioning, integration and related technical support services of Operating System and Utility Software for Information Systems involving data centers in last five (05) years;
(c) The Bidder must demonstrate present minimum average annual turnover of US$ Two (02) Million equivalent calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed within the last five (05) years;
(d) The Bidder must demonstrate minimum US$ Two (02) Million equivalent present liquid asset and/or line of credit, net of current commitments;
(e) The Bidder must have minimum three OEM Certified professionals and minimum one financial institution in Bangladesh under annual maintenance contract of offered software
(f) If the Bidder is a foreign Bidder, then local agent and the local subcontractor of the bidder must have at least five (05) years proven experience in providing Management Software support services in Financial Institutions. The local agent and the subcontractor’s relationship with the Principal/manufacturer shall be at least five (05) years. "
