INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The tenderer shall have the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the tender document.
a) The minimum general experience of the tenderer in the supply of goods and related services shall be 05 (Five) years.
b) The minimum specific experience of tenderer in supply of similar goods of at least 3 (three) contracts (each with a value of at least Tk. 5 (five) crore) successfully completed within the last 5(five) years.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be as described below.
d) Experience certificate of supplying goods (scientific equipment) at any government, semi-government and/or autonomous body amounting not less than Tk. 500.00 lakh in a financial year within last 5(five) years
e) Up-to-date Trade License.
f) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (2017-2018 Tax year).
g) VAT Registration Certificate.
