(h) The Tenderer must mention the source of each item with manufacturers name and country of origin.
(i) Manufacturer authorization is Required for country agent.
(j) The Tenderer must submit original catalogue/brochures
(k) Membership certificate of chamber of commerce and industries of any other register commerce organization with mentioning of registration number on their own letter head pad.
(l) Successfully completion corticated of submitted work order.
(m) Bio-data of the qualified maintenance of service person.
(n) ISO/CE/FDA certificate for the main machines where applicable.
(o) Company profile.
(p) The tenderer must be provided information regarding-
(i) The availability of after sales service facilities in Bangladesh.
(ii) The availability of spare parts for the equipment supplied.
