INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

"(a) Tenderer shall have at least 10 (Ten) years of overall business experience in the supply and installation of mechanical machineries.
(b) Tenderer shall have specific experience for supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of proposed brand dual circuits water cooled Chiller with Unit mounted/ integrated AFD/VFD having minimum capacity of 500 TR (Tonnage of Refrigeration) for central air conditioning system installed in any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous/ recognized organization worth not less than Tk.2.00(Two) crore only in single contract in the last 05(five) years.
(c) Tenderer shall have a sole agent/distributorship of the proposed brand Chiller.
(d) The Tenderer shall have to furnish the certificate in this respect from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent and shall meet all other criteria, terms & conditions as specified in the tender documents without which the tender will not be considered.
(e) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2.50 (Two and half) crore. In case of credit facilities, Bank shall ensure that the above mentioned credit limits will be given if the said work is awarded to the contractor.
