INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The General Experience as Contractor / Management Contractor in business of type Supply Service/ Man-Power Outsourcing/ Survey/ Event Management/ Data Service/ ICT Development Work/ Training Management etc. shall be minimum 05 (Five) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFB.
2. The Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor in providing services of at least ONE contract of similar nature (that is Data Digitization/ Data Entry/ Data Service/ ICT Work) with a value of at least of Taka 75.00 Lac (BDT Seventy Five Lac) shall be required within last 03 (three) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFB.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the Firm shall be Taka 30.00 Lac (BDT Thirty Lac). Bidders must attach documentary evidence (both latest bank certificate on cash balance supported by bank statement and Letter of Commitment of Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit for this contract) of fulfilling this requirement.
4. The required average annual volume/Turnover of Services for the firm shall be at least Taka 1.00 Crore (BDT One Crore) within the best 3 (Three) years of last 05 (five) years.
