INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderer : : Qualifications of the Bidder: (i) Financial Capability: at least US$ 2.50 (Two point Five) Million or an equivalent amount, (ii) Specific Experience: Supplying of Seismic Field/Heavy Equipment of minimum value US$ 1.5 (One point Five) Million in aggregate of not more than two contracts within the last 5 (Five) years etc. Detailed qualifications requirements and a margin of preference for certain goods manufactured domestically shall be applied as defined in Section III – Evaluation and Qualification Criteria of bidding document. Specifications of required Goods are available in Section VII – Schedule of Requirements of bidding document. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers January 2011 (Revised July 2014) (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
