The minimum qualifications and experiences:
• Minimum 05 years of experience in ICT business as a registered company/entity. Please provide work completion certificates to prove the experiences along with a certificate of incorporation (if applicable).
• Must have valid and up-to-date Trade license (2021-2022), TIN certificate, VAT Identification Number and Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate.
• Minimum 03 years of experience for design, development and implementation of web-based application development in the government of Bangladesh/ any development partner/ International organization/ private sector (Please provide work completion certificate along with a copy of the contract)
• Experience in developing at least 02 successful e-government projects related to public service delivery, office management, Data Management or workflow management and providing support at least for two years (Please provide a work completion certificate along with a copy of the contract)
• Must have a minimum average annual turnover of BDT 1 crore in the last 02 years. Please submit the last 02 years audited financial statements(2020-2021 & 2021-2022)
• Must have a minimum liquid asset of BDT 85 Lac in last 02 years in form of credit line or working capital. Please submit last 02 years audited financial statements (if applicable)

Aspire to Innovate (a2i) Programme now invites eligible Applicants/firms to indicate their interest in providing the service. Interested consultants/firms are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services. Multiple Companies having technical and legal competency for providing such services can apply jointly but they must have legal agreement among them where one company needs to be lead. The joint venture company jointly needs to fulfil all conditions mentioned in this ToR. Joint-venture agreement needs to heave clear identification about each responsibility matrix along with IPR.
A shortlist of consultants will be prepared upon evaluation of EoI’s of the eligible applicants and a “request for proposal” document will be issued in their favor.
The total duration of the contract is 15 (Fifteen) months (Development time will be 12 months and maintenance will be for 3 months). |
